At The Milo Clinic we strive to provide our patients with the best possible care in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure smooth and fair appointment scheduling, we have established the following booking policy:
Appointment Scheduling:
You can easily book your appointment online via Instagram or email. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email, Instagram message or text message confirmation with the details.
You can also call us on 07747 757461 during our business hours [Monday-Saturday] to schedule an appointment.
Appointment Confirmation:
All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. You will receive a reminder via text, instagram message or email. If you do not confirm, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of your pre paid deposit to cover the time reserved.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. We will always do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure we stay on time for other patients. Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you will be late so we can decide the best outcome.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
No-shows will incur a fee depending on which treatment and will always require pre- full payment for future bookings.
Payment:
Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
We take your privacy extremely seriously. All personal and medical information will be handled confidentially and in accordance with privacy laws.
