These services are designed to support relaxation, wellbeing, fluid movement, and post-operative recovery where appropriate. All treatments are carried out with a professional, respectful, and client-focused approach.

Please note: mobile services are available for female clients only.

To ensure the safety, professionalism, and smooth running of all mobile appointments, the following protocols apply:

1. Booking Requirements

Before an appointment can be confirmed, clients must provide:

• Full name
• Contact telephone number
• Home address where the treatment will take place
• A valid form of photo identification (such as a driving licence or passport)
• Details of the treatment requested
• Relevant medical information and any surgical details if booking post-operative care

This information is required to maintain client safety and therapist security.

2. Identification & Address Verification

For all mobile appointments, clients are required to send:

• A clear photo of a valid form of ID before the appointment
• Confirmation of the treatment address
• Any relevant access instructions (parking, entry details, apartment information, etc.)

The information provided will be treated confidentially and used only for appointment verification and safety purposes.

3. Consultation & Medical Information

Before treatment begins, all clients must complete a consultation form.

For lymphatic drainage and post-operative treatments, clients may be asked to provide:

• Medical history
• Current medications
• Previous surgeries or procedures
• Date and type of surgery (if applicable)
• Surgeon or clinic details (where relevant)
• Any restrictions or aftercare instructions provided by their medical team

Clients receiving post-operative lymphatic drainage must have appropriate clearance from their surgeon or medical professional where required.

Treatments may be postponed or declined if it is not considered safe to proceed.

4. Deposits & Payment

To secure your mobile appointment:

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after the treatment, as agreed at the time of booking.

Deposits help cover preparation time, travel, and appointment availability.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

• Cancellations with insufficient notice may result in loss of deposit.
• Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment before future bookings are accepted.
• If you are unwell, especially with symptoms of infection, fever, or illness, please contact us to rearrange.

6. Mobile Treatment Environment Requirements

To provide a safe and professional treatment experience, clients must ensure:

• A clean, private, and suitable area is available for treatment.
• If you prefer to receive your treatment on your own bed, this is acceptable provided it is suitable, safe, and allows the therapist to work comfortably.
• There is sufficient space for the therapist’s equipment and, where required, a portable treatment couch.
• Pets are safely secured throughout the appointment.
• The environment is appropriate for a professional female-only service.

Hermione reserves the right to refuse treatment if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage Requirements

For post-operative clients, please provide:

• Surgery date
• Type of procedure
• Surgeon/clinic details if requested
• Any post-operative instructions
• Compression garment guidance (if applicable)

Post-operative lymphatic drainage may be suitable following procedures such as:

• Liposuction
• Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)
• Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)
• Breast surgery
• Facial surgery
• Other cosmetic or medical procedures where swelling management is required

Treatments will always be adapted to your stage of healing. No aggressive massage techniques will be performed on healing areas.

8. Professional Boundaries & Client Safety

The Milo Clinic provides professional therapeutic services only.

• All appointments are strictly female-only.
• Appropriate draping and client comfort will always be maintained.
• Inappropriate behaviour, requests, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the appointment.
• The therapist has the right to refuse or end treatment if safety, professionalism, or consent is compromised.

9. Aftercare Advice

Following your treatment, clients may be advised to:

• Drink plenty of water
• Follow any post-operative instructions provided by their surgeon
• Wear compression garments if recommended
• Continue gentle movement as advised
• Allow time for rest and recovery
